Q.        What size of company are you targeting and in which Industry?

A.         The current system best suits large companies that have to manage thousands of records. The Industry is not important although we have developed a speciality within the Construction Industry.

Q.           We already have a substantial HR system. Will we be duplicating our data?

A.            Many of our clients already have something in place yet still have the need to make use of many of the modules available. In this case we agree an interface agreement that shares duplicate data with your main systems to avoid double entry and still gives you all of the other features.

Q.           What is the difference between the CSCS Smart card and the Mosaic Smart card?

A.            The CSCS is a registration scheme. To be registered you have to pass the online health & safety test. Mosaic is a Management System and provides all of the tools necessary to manage all of your records both at project and group level. We are currently in discussions with CSCS to allow their card to be able to be used with our system.

Q.           We are not a large company. Do we have access to Mosaic?

A.            If you work for one of our customers then they can give you access. However, we plan on providing an online service that everybody can use so that records can be used / sent immediately to your customers or clients.
