Monitor Training
Firstly, the system allows you to ensure that the worker has the relevant skills to do the role they are performing, known as the 'Skill Check' module.
Then each worker will be notified that they need training when they next use their card to access the site or after a briefing.
After training, the system will be updated for each worker by a swipe of their card to confirm when they have passed the training. The system will also log if there is an expiry date for the training.
The system will then notify the management and the worker of any upcoming requirements before they are due. If regulations or training documents are updated then all workers who require the updated training will automatically be notified.
