		<p>As the project covers a wide area, it can prove all the more diffcult to ensure adequate records are maintained. However, with the use of the Mosaic Passport, records can easily be managed and updated both on site and out on the field.</p>

		<p>Having secured several contracts throughout the UK, the Mosaic Network Passport continues to provide contractors with the tool to manage literally tens of thousands of records on every site.</p>
		<p>The solution further boasts its flexibility as it is introduced to the Port Talbot PDR project. The project is to construct 4.5 km of dual carriageway access road from the M4 Junction 38 into Port Talbot and the Docks as well as completing the link to Junction 42 on the M4 and West Wales. </p>
		<p>The project covers several kilometres but even without a secure fence line our system provides the contractors with the necessary control over the delivery of all aspects of Safety briefings.<br /></p>

		<p>Mosaic is currently reviewing the option of adopting the <a title="CSCS Smart Card" href="http://www.cscssmartcard.co.uk/" target="_blank">CSCS SmartCard</a> that will allow the Mosaic system to be used with both the Mosaic SHE Passport (Smart Card) and the new  CSCS Smart Card. </p>
		<p>Not only will this enhance accuracy but will eliminate double entry of CSCS data into the Mosaic System. </p>

The site occupies approximately 47.5sq km of farmland. </p>
		<p>Having investigated several systems Hanson choose the Mosaic Passport to trial at the Windfarm in Clyde. </p>

				<span class="homedflt">Due the outstsanding success of the Mosaic Network Passport in the Area 10 MAC, the entire Area 7 MAC has adopted the system. </span>
		</p>
		<p>
				<span class="homedflt">The Area 7 five-year contract started on 1st July 2009 with an overall estimated value of £300m.</span>
		</p>
		<p>Area 7 comprises 79km of motorway and 428km of trunk roads in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. It includes stretches of the M1, M69, M6, as well as the A1, A14, and A46 and is one of the busiest Highways Agency networks.</p>
		<p>A-one+ and the Highways Agency brought together three existing Areas to form the new Area 7 commission. This has involved implementing new processes and procedures, which has been particularly challenging when set against the backdrop of the current economic downturn.</p>
