Q. Can we have 60 projects running at any one time. How are the records collected at project level entered on the main system?
A. Yes, when each project logs onto the system, they are in fact logging on to the main system so anything they add will be updating the main system in real time. Similarly, when the mobile devices synchronise at project level with all of the briefings, RAMS etc. Again the main system is updated instantly therefore no attendance sheets need to be used.
Q. Can we use the card for Access?
A. Yes! And by doing so this vastly improves site control according to skills and competency’s.
Q. What platform does the Mosaic system run on?
A. The majority of its functionality is accessed through a web based interface. It can make use of PC connected camera’s and desktop card readers. For offsite use, a handheld device is used which can have an inbuilt camera and card reader. This communicates to the main system via a PC connected cradle or a mobile Internet connection.
Q. Where is the Mosaic System hosted?
A. We can make arrangements to have the system hosted within your own Networks or we can host it for you.
